課程規範 Course regulations
請特別留意簽到時限、缺席次數與心得報告期限。
Please note the check-in window, absence limit, and reflection-report deadline.
01出席規定
- 授課地點：博愛校區賢齊館 1F 聯強國際會議廳。
- 演講時間：公告於 E3 教學平台及系所網站「最新消息」；開學第一週及每次演講前皆會公告提醒。
- 點名：現場掃描 QR code 簽到。連結只開放 10 分鐘（13:20–13:30），每次均為新的專屬連結。完成後請確認收到作答副本及資料無誤；遲到視為缺席。
- 缺席或請假達 3 次以上（最多只能缺席 2 次），學期成績以不及格論。
- 若經查證有代理簽到、轉傳簽到連結，或未到場卻取得連結遠端簽到，學期成績以不及格論。
02作業繳交
- 繳交期限：每次演講隔日中午 12:00 前，將心得報告上傳至 E3。逾時系統關閉，不受理遲交或補交；缺交視為缺席。
- 原創性比對：報告不得抄襲或不當引用。E3 將以 Turnitin 自動比對；相似度必須低於 10%，未達規定視為缺席。送出前可自行使用 Turnitin 檢查，但繳交時不需附比對結果。
- 報告內容：中文或英文皆可，A4 紙 1–2 頁，並註明日期、學號及姓名。
- 檔案名稱：日期_學號_姓名，例如
0928_410355XXX_傅攀達。 - QA 抵免：演講期間向講者提出與內容直接相關的問題，並向助教登記學號與姓名，可抵免該次作業；每場限 5 位學生。
- 跨校選課者須向所屬學校課務組申請 E3 權限，並依相同方式繳交及接受 Turnitin 比對。
- 每學期一次的心理諮商師演講或宣導不需繳交報告。
- 本課程成績採「通過／不通過」。
03課程公約
演講廳投影及擴音設備容易受到電子訊號干擾，上課期間請關閉無線網路連線。未經同意，請勿側錄或散播演講內容。

01Attendance policy
- Venue: International Auditorium Hall, 1F, Bio-ICT Building, Bo-Ai Campus.
- Schedule: Announcements will be posted on E3 and the department or institute website under “Latest News,” during the first week and before each session.
- Roll call: Check in on site using the QR code projected on the stage screen. Each unique link is open for only 10 minutes, from 13:20 to 13:30. Confirm that your submission copy and information are correct. Late arrival is counted as an absence.
- Three or more absences or approved leaves result in a failing semester grade; no more than two are allowed.
- Checking in for someone else, forwarding the check-in link, or checking in remotely without attending in person results in a failing semester grade.
02Report submission
- Deadline: Upload a reflection report to E3 by 12:00 noon on the day after each session. Late or make-up submissions are not accepted. A missing report counts as an absence.
- Originality: Plagiarism and improper citation are prohibited. E3 will run a Turnitin check automatically. Similarity must remain below 10%; a report that does not meet this requirement counts as an absence. You may check your report in Turnitin before submission, but do not attach the comparison result.
- Content: Chinese or English, 1–2 A4 pages, with the date, student ID, and name.
- File name: Date_Student ID_Name, for example
0928_410355XXX_Fu Pan Da. - Q&A waiver: Ask the speaker a question directly related to the session and register your student ID and name with the course assistant. Up to five students per session may have that report waived.
- Cross-institution students must request E3 access through their home institution’s curriculum office and follow the same upload and Turnitin process.
- No report is required for the once-per-semester session led by a counseling psychologist.
- The course is graded Pass or Fail.
03Course convention
Wireless signals can interfere with the auditorium’s projection and audio equipment. Please turn off wireless network connections during class. Do not record or distribute session content without permission.
